As a retained Executive and Executive Coach, Larry serves Yakima Products, Inc. as Vice President, Human Resources. He possesses 30+ years experience with several Fortune 500 corporations including, Fortune Brands, Maytag Corporation and Rockwell International.  This includes multi-functional experiences including Human Resources, Manufacturing/Operations, and Customer Relations. 

As a "business partner," Larry uses alternative approaches and integrated methodologies to lead organizations to focus on quantifiable performance improvement and the attainment of company goals and initiatives through the strategic alignment of leadership, talent, and business processes.  He has broad and diverse experiences at both the corporate and operations levels across various industries ranging from consumer durables, instrumentation, aerospace, and industrial technology manufacturing. 

Larry holds a Master of Economics from Illinois State University.  He serves on several boards, including Junior Achievement at the regional level, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources, American Society for Training and Development, and Society for Human Resource Planning.

Cynthia Goro brings energy and pragmatic hands-on experience to the entrepreneurial-minded business owners.  She understands the financial and emotional challenges and opportunities because she has “been there” and shares the passion for owner-led enterprises.   As an entrepreneur herself, she brings passion, energy and tenacity to deliver value to your customer.

For over twenty years, she led, managed, grew and transitioned a $30 million dollar global manufacturing firm.  Now, as a business advisor, she works with business leaders to grow their businesses and achieve newfound results throughout the operation.  Cynthia brings special insights into family-style business leadership from the school of “hard-knocks” and experience; which allows her to connect and help others in a similar situation.  Recognizing that each business operates with a unique and personal set of circumstances, Cynthia is able to challenge the status quo and implement strategic solutions with greater success. 

Cynthia’s skills, education and experiences encompass organizational management (profit and not-for-profit), financial management, lender negotiations, employee alignment and accountability, organizational structure, logistics, asset management, exit strategies, labor negotiations, mergers and acquisition, manufacturing processing and regulatory compliance.

Cynthia holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame with an emphasis in international business and finance and a BS from Iowa State University.  She serves on many Boards, is the Executive Director of the Iowa Bail Bond Association and an adjunct professor at the University of Northern Iowa College of Business Administration.
